Vintage & Pre-Owned Items — Sold as SeenAll items sold by Coco Rocco are vintage, pre-owned, and one-of-a-kind pieces. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read the full item description, reviewed all photographs, and accept the item in its described condition.
As each piece is unique and irreplaceable, all sales are considered final. Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery and only where an item is significantly not as described. Buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizing do not constitute grounds for a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's sole responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A handling and restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from any approved refund
- Refunds are only processed once the item has been received and inspected by Coco Rocco
International Orders — Customs & Import Duties For all international orders, the buyer is solely responsible for:
- Compliance with their country's customs requirements
- Payment of any import duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country
- Providing any personal identification or documentation required by customs authorities (including SSN or EIN for US imports)
Coco Rocco is not liable for delays, holds, or returns caused by customs authorities. If a parcel is returned due to the buyer's failure to respond to customs requests or provide required documentation:
- Reshipping costs are the buyer's sole responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from any refund issued
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of Coco Rocco receiving the returned item.
