Shipping policy

At Coco Rocco, every piece is carefully packaged and fully insured for its journey to you.

UK Orders: Dispatched within 1-3 business days via Royal Mail tracked service.

International Orders: We ship worldwide. International orders are dispatched within 1-10 business days via fully tracked and insured courier.

Please note: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applicable in their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority. Orders for the United States will attract US Duties.

All international orders (including EU, USA, Australia, and worldwide) are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Coco Rocco has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments on customs declarations.
